You’ll be staying in a convenient area of Barboursville with grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food options nearby. One of these is a KFC close enough that you may occasionally smell it outside 🍗.

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that will automatically sign out of all of your accounts on the departure date you set.

The driveway and parking are both on a slant, which may be challenging opening car doors for some, or challenging parking motorcycles. Please reference the photos in the listing.

We use Appalachian Pest Control for all of our local properties to keep everything in good shape. They visit quarterly to inspect and treat as needed. If their visit falls during your stay, they will need brief access to both the inside and outside of the home. The visit typically takes about 5–10 minutes. You do not need to be present, but you’re welcome to be if you prefer.

Neighborhood overview
Barboursville offers a small-town feel with quick access to Huntington and Charleston. You’ll be right beside Route 60, so expect some traffic activity. The area is packed with conveniences—parks, shopping, and dining are all nearby, from local favorites to national chains—plus easy access to main roads for travel.
Getting around
A car is recommended for getting around. The home offers private on-site parking, and most destinations—including parks, shopping, and dining—are just a few minutes’ drive. Huntington Tri-State Airport is about 20–25 minutes away, and Charleston Yeager Airport is roughly an hour.
