Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove the smell of smoke.

Do not sign out of any of the tech devices or unlink them from their accounts, i.e., Roku, Netflix, Alexa, etc. You may unplug the Amazon Alexa if you prefer, but please plug it in upon checkout.

To protect guests with allergies and avoid additional cleaning, pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees up to $300 are assessed for pet cleanup.

Please keep doors and windows close. It is Florida... there are Palmetto bugs. Don’t get freaked out if you see one :)

We are allowed 1 parking spot--please note that parking is tight and you may need to double park in the back lot if the complex is busy. If you don't need a car we recommend using rideshare services and the Suncoast Beach Trolly, which conveniently picks up at a stop just down the street from us!
