House Rules
Minimum age to book is 21 per HOA rules.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No parties, underage drinking, or illegal drugs on property. Neighbors report broken rules to local authorities. Please do not put us in that situation.
Do not put sandy clothes or towels in washer or dryer. Guests are responsible for damages to appliances.
No smoking/vaping anywhere on property. Cigarette ashes and butts/ends must be properly disposed of (not in backyard or front porch). Guests are responsible for smoke odor removal fees.
Do not sign out of any of the tech devices, physically disconnect them, or unlink them from their accounts, i.e., Roku, Nest, SmartThings, FireTV, etc. Guests are responsible for tech repair fees.
To protect guests with allergies and avoid additional cleaning, pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees up to $300 are assessed for pet cleanup.
