House Rules

Our HOA requires routine pest control, if the technician needs to enter to perform service we are required to let them perform the treatment.

Minimum age to book is 21 per HOA rules.

Children must be supervised at all times--especially around water and the balcony.

No parties, underage drinking, or illegal drugs on property. Neighbors report broken rules to local authorities. Please do not put us in that situation.

Note: the onsite laundry facilities close at 11PM.

No smoking/vaping anywhere in property. Guests are responsible for smoke odor removal fees.

Do not sign out of any of the tech devices, physically disconnect them, or unlink them from their accounts, i.e., Roku, Nest, Ring devices, etc. Guests are responsible for tech repair fees.

To protect guests with allergies and avoid additional cleaning, pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees up to $300 are assessed for pet cleanup.

Beginning Jan 1, 2024, the resort begins charging $20/week for parking. If you booked before Dec 1, 2023, we will reimburse you because you booked before the resort made this policy change.

From the HOA: West stairwell cladding begins Jan 29, finishing end of March. Entry under scaffolded area; parking by transformer limited. Noise expected during work hours. Thanks for your patience.

The space
We just updated this cozy 520 sq ft condo! When you enter you'll see the bunk beds on your left and the primary bedroom entrance on your right. The bunkbed area can be made private with closing doors. The primary bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The bathroom includes a shower/tub. The hallway leads to the open living room which has direct access to the full kitchen and dining area. The living room directly accesses the ocean front balcony. The couch in the living room converts to a commercial sofa bed. There are closets off the hallway, as well as a closet in the private bedroom.
Guest access
There is one closet locked--it is the HVAC closet. You will be sent a 4 digit code for the digital lock. The main gate will require a 5 digit code to pass through, which we will provide you. Please note that one of the hallway closets are for the cleaner's supplies.
Additional notes

The elevator nearest the ocean is under repair, but all others in building are operational.

We are allowed 1.5 parking spaces, which means 1 spot guaranteed and 1 as available. The main gate will require a 5 digit code to pass through, which we will provide you.

Please note that some of the amenities must be closed for colder season weather such as the lazy river.

We use AirBnB’s “strict” cancellation policy and recommend purchasing separate traveler’s insurance to prevent cancellation costs. Please refer to AirBnB's website for details on cancellation policies and extenuating circumstances. Predictable natural disasters such as hurricanes are not covered under extenuating circumstances.

Neighborhood overview
We are beachfront, 8 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from golf, surrounded by attractions, and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach!
